Everything below is done on-site. Prices are the honest starting points we quote on the phone — the final number depends on your make, model and how seized the bolts are. You get the full figure before a single tool comes out of the van.

Tell us the year, make and model, the address the car is sitting at, and what it’s doing — or not doing. Two minutes, no phone tree.

We quote before we drive
You get a call-out fee and a realistic range for the repair over the phone. If it sounds like something we can’t do in a driveway, we tell you straight away.

We arrive and confirm
Usually within 60 to 90 minutes. We diagnose it properly, then give you the firm price. You approve it or you don’t — no pressure, no surprise line items.

Fixed, tested, cleaned up
We road-test where it’s safe, clear every code we touched, sweep up the driveway and leave you the old parts if you want them.
Payment by tap, e-transfer or cash on completion. We carry a card reader in the van — you don’t have to go find an ATM at 11 p.m.

Overnight and holiday calls are answered the same as any other. There’s no after-hours surcharge on the call-out — the price is the price at 3 p.m. and at 3 a.m.

That’s the home base, not a shop you can drop into — there’s no waiting room and no hoist. Everything happens at your address. If you’re in the north end of Brampton, you’re about ten minutes from the van.

We’re based in Brampton’s L6P postal area and work a roughly 30-kilometre radius from there. That covers most of Vaughan — Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, Concord, Kleinburg — plus Brampton, Mississauga’s north end, North York, Etobicoke, Bolton and King City.
Outside that ring we’ll still come if the job makes sense; there’s just a mileage charge on top, and we’ll quote it before we leave. Highway breakdowns on the 400, 407, 427 and 401 are routine for us — pull well onto the shoulder, put your hazards on, and stay in the car with your seatbelt on while you call.

Eleven years of driveways
We started because of a tow bill
The first call was a neighbour in Brampton with a dead starter and a quote for a tow plus three days in a shop. It took forty minutes in her driveway with a jack and a socket set. She told four people. Those four people told more.
Eleven years later it’s still the same model: one van, one technician, everything needed to finish the job on the spot. We’ve never opened a shopfront and we don’t intend to — the whole point is that you don’t have to go anywhere.
What that means in practice
You watch the work happen. You get the old part in your hand. You get a price before anything is unbolted, and it doesn’t move afterwards unless we find something genuinely new — in which case we stop and call you.
We’re licensed and insured, we carry the same diagnostic equipment a dealership service bay uses, and we work on everything from a 2004 Corolla to a 2023 F-150. If it’s a job we can’t do properly without a hoist, we’ll tell you that too.
Called at 11:40 on a Sunday night with a car that wouldn’t start. He was in my driveway before 1 a.m. and I drove to work Monday morning.
